1. Using our service

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

EPS Exam is a preparation platform. We are not affiliated with HRD Korea or any government body, and we do not guarantee a passing result on the official EPS-TOPIK exam.

2. Accounts

One account is for one person. Sharing accounts, or attempting to access exams you have not purchased, may result in suspension.

3. Purchases & payments

Paid exams, question banks, live classes and batches are unlocked after successful payment via eSewa, Khalti or MyPay. Prices are shown before purchase.

4. Content & intellectual property

All exams, questions, audio and content are the property of EPS Exam and its licensors. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to breach its security, scrape content, or disrupt the service for others.

6. Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the service over time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
